Here is a question that came from Instagram regarding mindsets and feeling like you are not "good enough." One major issue we see today is comparisons to other people. Social media shows us a highlight reel of people's lives and often it is exaggerated or embellished. Even if it is true, how somebody else lives should not create a negative reaction on how you feel. Check out the podcast to see different ways to drop the "comparisons" and start using stuff you see or want as motivation instead.
